The book begins with a wedding scheduled to take place between two budding actors, Tamsyn Burke and her fiancé Hugh Ashley-Hunt. As family and friends arrive at the prestigious Westminster Abbey in London for the wedding ceremony, the bride is mysteriously murdered and all the guests in attendance are suspects. One of the suspects is Daniel Richardson, who is also in love with Tamsyn, and is Hugh’s best friend. After being interviewed by police, Daniel is eliminated as a suspect however, grief-stricken and impatient with the slow process of the police investigation, Daniel and Tamsyn’s younger sister, Carey, join forces to search for the killer. While Daniel and Carey dig into Tamsyn’s past, they uncover dark secrets and begin to piece together why someone would want her killed. “The English Boys” is located in the general collection and can be borrowed for three weeks.
