If you are interested in how animals interact with their environments, you are sure to enjoy the journal Wildlife Biology: A Journal for Wildlife Science. Wildlife Biology is a non-profit society that started in 1994 and is owned by the Nordic Society Oikos (NSO). Published by Wiley, the Wildlife Biology non-profit society publishes articles within the Wildlife Biology Journal that primarily consist of scientific studies of mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, and everything in between. This high-quality scientific periodical provides up-to-date knowledge to its readers on environmental topics that pertain to wildlife biologists, wildlife managers, conservationists, and administrators.

This journal accepts scientific articles, empirical studies, practical manuscripts, and short communications from scholars throughout the world. Articles with a broad concept of wildlife management, conservation, and safeguarding wildlife are accepted and published. All articles are written in English and are immediately available for anyone free of charge under a CC-BY license.

To access Wildlife Biology through the Bellevue University Library, click on the “Find” pull down menu in the upper left hand corner and select “Journal Search.” On the next page, once you locate the search box in the purple section, type in the words ‘wildlife biology’ and then press “Enter” on the keyboard.
