There are a variety of ways to contact the Reference Desk when you need assistance.  No matter what time zone you are in or what time of day you need assistance, the 24/7 Librarian Chat service is available to help you. Click here to learn more about it.

The Library Chat Qwidget is available on many pages of the library website including the homepage.  Chat with a a BU librarian during normal operating hours.  Use the 24/7 Librarian Chat after hours.  A message on the Qwidget will advise you when a BU librarian is not available.

If you prefer, contact us by email at library@bellevue.edu, or leave your question in the Chat Qwidget after hours, and it will go to email.  Your emails will be answered promptly during operating hours.
