What is it?

The Research Assistance Program is our New and Improved Personal Librarian Program.

A member of the reference team will work with you one-on-one
throughout your academic career to answer your questions about the research process.

  • Finding Research Guides for your area of study
  • Finding articles and/or journals
  • Searching for books, videos, and e-books
  • Keeping you informed about new resources, services, as well as developments
    within the library

Chris Armstrong – Public Services Librarian – Head of the Reference Team

Member of the Reference Team since 2002.

Hours: Monday & Wednesday 7:30am-4:30pm(CST); Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8am-5pm(CST)

Lorraine for RAP
Lorraine Patrick – Reference/Instruction Librarian

Member of the Reference Team since 2003.

“I can provide you with reference and instructional library services. I also conduct online library instructions and information sessions on a variety of topics.”

Hours: Sunday 10am-7pm(CST); Monday – Thursday 9am-6pm(CST)
